Creative data stays local

The app stores your seed, preferences, saved Reflection Studio artifacts, saved Resonance sounds and purchase-access state locally. Studio can retain your current writing and generated preview as a draft, even before you save an artifact. Artwork and sound are generated on your device; your writing is not sent to an AI or other remote generation service.

Sharing, exports and device backups

Sharing and export happen only when you choose them. A shared mirror image is handed to your device’s share sheet. A collection export contains saved Studio writing, artwork definitions and sound recipes, including saved Resonance sounds. It does not include your unsaved Studio draft, current seed, settings or purchase.

Export files are readable JSON and are not encrypted by Mirori. Keep them somewhere appropriate for their contents. If you choose a destination such as iCloud Drive, another storage provider or a messaging app, that service handles the copy under its own policies. Mirori does not provide automatic cloud sync. Device or operating-system backups may include app data according to your settings.

Purchases and Apple services

The public iPhone and iPad release uses Apple’s in-app purchase system for Full Mirror and Restore Purchases. Apple processes payments; Mirori does not receive your card details. The app keeps local purchase-access information so your unlock can be used. Downloading, purchasing, restoring and opening the App Store involve Apple’s services.

We can receive aggregate download, sales and advertising performance information from Apple’s developer tools. This is separate from Mirori’s creative data; we do not add an in-app analytics or advertising SDK to track your writing or listening. Apple’s services are covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Support and voluntary feedback

If you email support@mirori.app, we and our email provider receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to respond to your request. Mirori’s Send feedback action opens an email draft; it does not automatically attach your writing, seed or collections. You choose whether to send it. Rate Mirori opens the App Store only when selected.

To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, contact us using the address below. We cannot retrieve a lost local collection from a Mirori server.

This website

mirori.app is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookies or embedded third-party fonts. Images and styles are served with the site.

GitHub states that it logs visitors’ IP addresses for security when they visit GitHub Pages sites. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub Privacy Statement. Following an App Store link or sending an email takes you to the relevant external service.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete saved artifacts and sounds in their respective collections. Settings → Reset mirror clears your local seed, Studio artifacts and draft, and Resonance collection and saved controls; it preserves your purchase status and app settings. Restore Purchases restores your unlock and does not restore or erase your creations.

Removing the app can remove its local data. Export saved creations before resetting, removing the app or changing devices if you want to keep them. Copies you export, share or back up must be managed separately in their destination. A local draft is not a substitute for a collection backup.

Children’s privacy

Mirori does not require an account or transmit creative data to us. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, please contact us.

We may update this policy as the app or website changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
